Urban City Service provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services including bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, sofa & carpet cleaning, mattress cleaning, deep cleaning, water tank cleaning, glass cleaning, office cleaning, and other specialized cleaning solutions.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide access to the service location at the scheduled time.
- Ensure availability of water and electricity where required.
- Secure valuable items before the cleaning team arrives.
- Inform our team about any fragile or sensitive surfaces.
3. Booking & Payments
- Booking confirmation is subject to slot availability.
- Additional services requested on-site may incur extra charges.
- Payments must be completed upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cleaning Results
While our team uses professional-grade equipment and cleaning agents, complete removal of permanent stains, discoloration, rust marks, paint marks, mold damage, or wear-and-tear cannot be guaranteed.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service.
- Late cancellations may attract service charges.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.
6. Liability
Urban City Service shall not be responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, weak fixtures, poor installations, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
